Product Summary

The DG509AAK is a monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer (mux): the DG508A is a single 8-channel (1-of-8) mux, and the DG509A is a differential 4-channel (2-of-8) mux. Both devices guarantee break-before-make switching. Maxim guarantees these muxes will not latch up if the power supplies are turned off with the input signals still present. Applocations are (1)control systems; (2)data logging systems; (3)aircraft heads-up displays; (4)data-acquisition systems; (5)signal routing.
